Privacy Policy

1. Who controls your data

For this website, the data controller is Капитал Форте ЕООД (Capital Forte OOD), a company registered in Bulgaria, Company Reg. No. (EIK) 203380944, registered office at 29 Yordan Dimchev St, Sofia 1853, Bulgaria, contactable via Velizar Dimitrov at velizar.dimitrov@capital-forte.com. Registration details sourced from the Bulgarian Commercial Register's public open data (data.egov.bg), 23 August 2026.

The contact form currently sends via your own email client (a mailto: link). The message content passes through your email provider and Velizar's inbox, not through a Capital Forte server or database.

3. Legal basis and retention

We process contact-form submissions on the basis of your consent (you chose to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. Emails are retained in the recipient's inbox for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, then may be deleted.

4. Third parties

This Site embeds a live market-news widget from TradingView (a third-party service, not affiliated with Capital Forte). Loading that section may cause your browser to communicate with TradingView's servers and load TradingView's own cookies/scripts, governed by TradingView's own privacy policy, outside Capital Forte's control. 5. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, contact velizar.dimitrov@capital-forte.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Bulgaria's data protection authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД).

6. No automated decision-making

Capital Forte does not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
